The Beverly Hills Art Show is a free show that features art by artists from around the nation who showcase their work in painting, sculpture, watercolor, photography, mixed media, ceramics, glass, jewelry, drawing and printmaking.
The Fall Beverly Hills Art Show was held again in Beverly Gardens Park. Four garden blocks in the center of the city were brimming with 325 artists from throughout California, the Southwest and the rest of the country. As usual, great talent. Great organization by the city.
All of the fine arts and crafts are original, ranging from the traditional to the very contemporary, and are represented by the artists themselves. A Wine and Beer Garden, demonstrating artists, children’s activities, gourmet food trucks and several community exhibits were found as well. It is always a great afternoon to walk and view and be in awe of some of the talent. I cover this a lot and I am always impressed with the caliber of talent. I cover almost every year for many, many years for Associated Press Television News and it never ceases to amaze me how many never-before-pieces are on display. It’s a best-in-class art show. (Being an artist myself in my other time – I always say “I should submit” but never get around to it 😉
Show hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both weekend days, and admission is free. What a great day to spend, I can’t say enough about this fabulous show. This event takes place rain or shine.
The next show is May 2024. Can’t wait to cover again.
