Daytime Emmys 2022: ‘The Young and the Restless’ Leads Nominations. 

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has announced the nominees for the 2022 Daytime Emmy Awards, airing on CBS June 24 and streaming on Paramount+. Three nominees for outstanding drama series lead: 

CBS’ The Young and the Restless with 18 nominations

ABC’s General Hospital with 17 

NBC’s Days of Our Lives with 11. 

NBC’s Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem and CBS’ The Bold and the Beautiful were also nominated Days of Our Lives and Beyond Salem are the first series and spinoff, respectively, to be nominated together. 

The Kelly Clarkson Show has 9 nominations

The Drew Barrymore Show has six. 

The two hosts are nominated for outstanding entertainment talk show host. 

The Red Table Talk franchise are among the six nominees in the outstanding informative talk show category, as are ABC’s GMA3: What You Need to Know, Disney+’s Turning the Tables with Robin Roberts, Facebook Watch’s Peace of Mind with Taraji,the syndicated Tamron Hall and The View’s Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Ana Navarro and Meghan McCain.

The 49th annual Daytime Emmy Awards will be presented live at 9 p.m. ET (replay at 9 p.m. PDT) on June 24 on CBS and streamed on Paramount+.

The Creative Arts and Lifestyle Emmy ceremony will stream live at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on June 18.
