A 2025 study from McKinsey predicts the global luxury market is expected to grow between 1% to 3% annually from 2024 to 2027.
According to the report called ‘State of Luxury: Fashion’ – jewelry and leather goods in the USA will see the most growth ahead of the rest of the world in the luxury space. The U.S. is expected to do better than the rest of the world between 2025 and 2027, with luxury sales predicted to grow between 4% and 6%, compared to a 3% to 5% growth in China, and a 2% to 4% growth in both Europe and in the rest of the world, according to McKinsey. It’s reports finds that: NThe combined luxury jewelry and leather goods category will grow most, at 4% to 6% between 2025 and 2027. Apparel, including ready-to-wear and footwear, is expected to grow between 2% and 4% for the period.
